2010 blog year in review

I have been blogging for just over a year now which is really hard to believe. I was so resistant at first, however now I find myself looking for time to blog and really enjoying all that comes along with it. Many of you have been with me since the beginning and I am truly grateful for the support and encouragement you have given along the way. To those who may be new to my blog I thought I would put together a little ‘year in review’ of some of my favorite posts, as well as ones that seemed to be quite popular.

Endless Magazines: My quest to find out how to sort through and catalog the many, many magazines that build up almost daily. I think I’ve finally found my solution. Now I just need to follow through!

How to shop at Homesense: There seem to be a lot of Homesense shoppers out there as this was one of my most read posts!

This home I worked on with Sturgess Architecture was published in the May issue of Western Living Magazine. An absolute thrill for me this year!

Stahl House: I did a series on a trip to LA in 2009 to attend the Dwell on Design Show. One of the house tours I went on was to the Stahl House. Truly an experience I will not forget!

A highlight this year was attending IDSwest in Vancouver. The show was great, however meeting and spending the day with this group of fabulous ladies for the ‘Designer Day’ that Layers and Layers organized was truly the best part.

The final reveal of a home I worked on this year.

I was very honoured to guest post for Layers and Layers. Talking about how hard it is to design my own home stirred up a fair bit of emotion and many comments. Thank you to all for stopping by and shedding light that it’s not just me!

Thank you to so many of you who have faithfully stopped by my blog and also shared your comments. I realize that this takes time, and I am very grateful that you do so.

I am so excited about what 2011 will hold for all of us. The creativity and inspirations that I see and appreciate daily are a sure sign that many great things are to come.

*CHEERS* to all the opportunities and possibilities that lie ahead and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
